The use of bioinformatics tools helps perform numerous analyses in the omics sciences, such as genomics, transcriptomics, metagenomics, proteomics, and others. Despite the technological advances in the development of software for bioinformatics, in many cases, it is still necessary for the user to have some knowledge in the area of computing to perform the installation and configuration that precedes the use of the tools. We present the PP2OA - Personalized Pipeline to Omics Analyses, this toolbox is able to aggregate much software to perform tasks in an automated way and with easy interaction with the final user, composed of two parts of Client and Server software. The Client part has a simple and intuitive graphical interface that facilitates the use of numerous bioinformatics tools by researchers and users without an advanced computing background.
