zwiki i18n project online with Winfy

We have hosted the application zwiki i18n project in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

ZWiki I18N Project is experimental part of <a href="/projects/zwiki/">ZWiki</a>.
*NOT* another part of ZWiki (I want), but I afraid to commit my job to original port and make this.
This now only have small (pass8bit) patch. see CVS.
