We have hosted the application zsh git prompt in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

zsh-git-prompt is a Z shell prompt script that displays rich Git repository information in your shell prompt, such as branch, ahead/behind status, staged changes, conflicts, and more. It enhances developer productivity in version-controlled workflows.

Features:

• Shows current Git branch in the prompt
• Indicates distance to remote branches (ahead/behind) with visual symbols
• Displays number of staged, modified, untracked, and conflicted files
• Supports summary display when working on detached HEAD (commit hash shown)
• Simple integration via sourcing zshrc.sh in .zshrc
• Packaged for systems like Homebrew with easy install (brew install zsh-git-prompt)
