yet another python snmp module

We have hosted the application yet another python snmp module in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about yet another python snmp module:

yapsnmp is a Python SNMP module built on top of the net-snmp (formerly known as ucd-snmp) library. It offers SNMP version 1 and 2c (v3 soon to come) as well as full MIB parsing.

Audience: Developers, System Administrators.
User interface: Non-interactive (Daemon).
