wx spotter track

We have hosted the application wx spotter track in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about wx spotter track:

This is a program to track amateur radio weather spotters for SkyWarn by displaying a map of the watch area on which the user can place virtual pushpins and info where the location of the storm spotters are, whether they be stationary or mobile.

Audience: End Users/Desktop, Other Audience.
User interface: Cocoa (MacOS X), Win32 (MS Windows), X Window System (X11).
