We have hosted the application wizardform in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

This project goal is to give anyone the ability to create html forms and mysql tables without code.
Mail features are :
Standard fields (text, date, checkbox, select .).
Extended fields like lookup into another table, riche texte editor.
Users and right management.
