Quick description about wisp:

Windows Internet Streaming Protocol - Simple client/server software that uses the directshow framework to stream out media files from a server to directshow compatible players using TCP/IP. Open url like wisp: //server.com/filename.wmv from clients.

Features:

• Stream out any DirectShow media files through TCP/IP
• Stream at same bitrate than the media, no buffering, instant seek
• Load wisp: //server.com/filename.wmv in graphedit for more info
