Winzard-PIW is a modular Windows post-install and customization hub for Windows 10 and 11.

It provides a local-first, script-based, transparent alternative to older post-install tools such as WPI, without relying on deprecated technologies like the Internet Explorer engine or ActiveX.

The project is divided into two parts:

PIW-Builder
- Generates local catalogues
- Prepares installers, portable apps, and customization resources

PIW-Deploy
- Installs EXE / MSI applications
- Deploys portable applications
- Provides a guided customization workflow
