We have hosted the application winbits in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about winbits:

WinBITS is a small download manager that uses the "Background Intelligent Transfer Service" (BITS) integrated in Windows XP / 2000. The advantage of BITS is that it uses only free bandwidth for the downloads.
