We have hosted the application whichgenes in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about whichgenes:

WhichGenes is a web-based bioinformatics tool. It allows the user to extract lists of genes from multiple sources in order to use them for further experiments.

Features:

• Simple ZK-based UI
• Database-free: all genes are retrieved from their sources on-demand
• Outputs in GSEA-GMT/GMX and CSV
• Multiple output gene namespaces (symbol, entrez, ensembl, affy probesets, etc)
• Several set operations to generate new hypotheses: union, intersection, difference
