Quick description about webcheck net:
WebCheck is a small utility that makes a simple HTTP call to a list of URLs stored in an external XML file. It does this asynchronously by spawning several HTTP calls (as threads in the program) and reports back whether the call was successful or not.Audience: Advanced End Users, Developers.
