web pages launcher

We have hosted the application web pages launcher in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

System requirements:
OS: Windows (Unix's and mac later)
Java Machine: Jre 1.6+

+most of the code has been refactored and has been redesigned
+fix more issues
+settings storage are now using JSON
+settings now stored at "user.home" folder
+settings class are now using Singleton pattern
+probably added linux and mac OS support
