Quick description about vprocure:

This is a Web based electronic tendering application to source, award and manage the total electronic procurement process as per the functional requirements put forth by IDABC(EU). Developed using .NET with c# and a database independent layer.

Audience: Government, Information Technology, Financial and Insurance Industry, Developers.
User interface: .NET/Mono, Web-based.
Programming Language: C#, XSL (XSLT/XPath/XSL-FO), JavaScript, ASP.NET.
Database Environment: Project is a relational object mapper, HSQL, Oracle, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server.
