We have hosted the application vhbl manager in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about vhbl manager:

Homebrew manager for Half-Byte Loader on the PS Vita.
To use, copy some homebrews to the GAME folder and
some savedata from your psp memory stick to the RESOURCE/SAVEDATA/
folder. Works in Windows and Linux.
