We have hosted the application vbdisk in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about vbdisk:

store/manage the disk definitions in a tool that generates the files for the user, instead of doing everything in that gui.

its somewhere between the vboxmanage command line tool and the virtual box disk manager.
