vast online with Winfy

We have hosted the application vast in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about vast:

VAST is a P2P network library that supports virtual environment applications such as Massively Multiplayer Online Games (MMOG) or large-scale simulations. It is scalable to millions of nodes, bandwidth-efficient, and simple to use.

Features:

• spatial publish / subscribe (SPS) on a P2P network
• area of interest (AOI) neighbor discovery
• dynamically load balanced state management
• super-peer based client-relay communication
• connect to physically closest super-peer (based on Vivaldi)
