ut61 to run in linux online

We have hosted the application ut61 to run in linux online in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about ut61 to run in linux online:

This is an inteface for the data acquisition cable for the UNI-T (Uni-trend) UT61D multimeter. It supports both USB (using libusb) and RS232 cables. The interface consists of a single C header file.
