We have hosted the application twitter speak in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about twitter speak:

A lightweight python twitter reader with speech and growl support, designed to run in the background and let you get tweets in realtime, without having to run off to the site or watch an update feed constantly.

Features:

• Reads Tweets to you, as your friends post them
• Supports Growl notifications; tweets pop up when they're made, then vanish
• Lightweight and simple; does what's needed, as quickly and simply as possible
• Works on all major formats; speech is currently limited to OSX and Linux.

Audience: End Users/Desktop.
User interface: Non-interactive (Daemon).
