tsdisp to run in windows online over linux online

We have hosted the application tsdisp to run in windows online over linux online in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Helper utility to be used with the TeamSpeak (www.goteamspeak.com) or Ventrilo (www.ventrilo.com) voice-comms products by displaying a stay-on-top window which shows the name of the current speaker.
