transgpsd to run in windows online over linux online

We have hosted the application transgpsd to run in windows online over linux online in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about transgpsd to run in windows online over linux online:

Serve GPS data from a single GPS device to multiple clients which don't need to parse (or even know the existence of) NMEA. The data is sent from the server to the clients via SOAP.
