Quick description about total torrent:

Total Torrent will be a complete implementation of the Bit Torrent Protocol written in Delphi Object Pascal.
Resulting in a re-useable component that can download a torrent for use in end users apps.
And a complete bit torrent client.

Audience: Developers, End Users/Desktop, System Administrators.
