thoschel online with Winfy

We have hosted the application thoschel in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about thoschel:

Thoschel is a quizbot for the IRC. It's a german project, but that doesn't mean, that there won't be localized versions of this bot in future releases. Planned are english, french and spanish releases.
