We have hosted the application the cmatlib numerical libraries in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about the cmatlib numerical libraries:

CMATLIB is set of libraries for writing numerical applicatons. It
includes support for neural-networks, hidden Markov models, kd-trees,
and data smoothing. It may be used from C and Scheme programs.
