2. Custom MCU peripheral description.
3. Extended linker script.
4. Build time configuration.
5. Specific Makefile.

Toolchain: Sourcery CodeBench Lite 2013.11-24

Target board: STM32VLDISCOVERY

Functionality:
As of now only test of core API and LED blinking.
Might be used as application template.
