syslog proxy daemon

We have hosted the application syslog proxy daemon in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about syslog proxy daemon:

Developed for systems that have an older version of syslogd which does not support multiple sockets (e.g. via the '-a' flag). Performs extensive message validation according to RFC 3164.
