We have hosted the application subnetsmngr in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Subnet manager web interface supporting IPv4 and IPv6 to document your subnets and individual IPs, allocate desired blocks automatically, auto-collapsing of unused subnets, group related subnets together and send SWIPs to ARIN easily. Optional PowerDNS integration to update revdns an A records of IPs.
