subber subtitle cut program

We have hosted the application subber subtitle cut program in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about subber subtitle cut program:

Subber is a simple tool to cut and synchronize subtitle files (.sub and .ass/.ssa) automatically. Currently Cuttermaran project files are needed to modify the subtitle files. Requires Java 1.7.
