We have hosted the application squid reporter in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about squid reporter:

A PHP app that generates various reports based on squid data.
Formerly a VB app, but PHP & mysql are much more robust.

User interface: Win32 (MS Windows), Web-based.
