We have hosted the application spicev2 1 in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about spicev2 1:

SPiCEv2.1 is a tool to predict the splice alteration of variant occuring in consensus splice site (Donor: -3; +6 and Acceptor: -12; +2).
