sound blaster command switcher

We have hosted the application sound blaster command switcher in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about sound blaster command switcher:

Behavior:
When launched, first checks if sound blaster exists. If it does, it restarts the program to bring up the window (otherwise, it is impossible for autoit to make it visible). Otherwise just start program. Then, it does its own version of hiding the window (otherwise it is impossible to re-show it). Now whenever the switching hotkey is pressed, it quickly shows the window, clicks the toggle key, then hides it again.

To download, either get the exe or compile the au3 with autoit.

Usage:
Run as admin if it fails to alt-tab out of games.
PAUSE/BREAK: Switch between headphones/speakers
PAGE DOWN: Toggle visibility of the sound blaster command window
END: Exit program

NOTES:
-For the switching hotkey, it uses polling 10x per second; this is to ensure it works in as many full-screen games as possible.
-Assumes fixed window size and position of the UI element
-If you want to change anything such as hotkey(s), please feel free to tweak it in autoit to your own tastes.
