slightly better stickynotes

We have hosted the application slightly better stickynotes in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about slightly better stickynotes:

This is a sticky notes app I made one evening because I was frustrated that the stock app didn't have scrolling.
Also added a Always on top option. Each sticky is its own window. Also supports saving images.
