We have hosted the application simple3d in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about simple3d:

Sour*eforge.net has become inaccesible to me because of Cl*udflare. The latest versions of the programs will be on my site: https: //matei.one/. Simcar - driving (not racing) simulation, with stunts and realistic physics since version 5.0.0. GNU/Linux and Wind0w$ executables are available. SDL_grf - functions for 2D/3D graphics (including text), sound and input + a few programs for viewing 3D models, viewing ZX Spectrum *.scr files, simulating the Solar System etc. Simple3d - old program for rendering 3D models, now included in SDL_grf but not used in the latest programs.

Features:

• Simcar - driving simulation, with stunts and realistic physics since version 5.0.0;
• Tracks and cars are easy to modify or create (documentation inside). Some 3D models were imported from TORCS and Speed Dreams (Free Art License);
• Tracks from Stunts made in 1990 are available on my site: https: //matei.one/idxscr.html
• SDL_grf - functions for 2D/3D graphics (lines, circles, discs, rectangles, triangles, text and 2D or 3D models composed of triangles), sound and input, written in C;
• A few programs for viewing 3D models, viewing ZX Spectrum *.scr files, simulating the Solar System etc. are also included;
• Software rendering, no 3D accelerator required; images can be displayed with SDL-1.2, SDL-2, or saved in a *.bmp file.
