simple perl package manager

We have hosted the application simple perl package manager in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about simple perl package manager:

Track added/deleted files from a system by using 'find'. Installwatch can be used to detect modifications and make backups of modified/deleted files. Can remove, list, or make a tarball of a package, among other things.
