silverlight dynamic xap loader

We have hosted the application silverlight dynamic xap loader in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about silverlight dynamic xap loader:

This project is intended to provide an easy way for developers to have XAPs downloaded dynamically at runtime. A simple interface needs to be implimented and then XAPs can be downloaded on demand, or ahead of demand.

• Caches File for assembly so won't re-download
