sigpack online with Winfy

We have hosted the application sigpack in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about sigpack:

SigPack is a C++ signal processing library using the Armadillo library as a base. The API will be familiar for those who has used IT++ and Octave/Matlab.
