sf generic installatation

We have hosted the application sf generic installatation in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

We try to add to the original sourceforge.net project a generic installation and build documentation and supporting
scripts/make files to get a sourceforge.net installation done without the many problems we had.
