scilab sql interface

We have hosted the application scilab sql interface in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about scilab sql interface:

This is a SQL interface for scilab. It will enable users of scilab to do queries to a sql database and get the results in a normal scilab array.
