rtl adsb delphi xe8 port online with Winfy

We have hosted the application rtl adsb delphi xe8 port in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

This is just a Delphi XE8 port of Osmocom`s rtl_adsb decoder.

I just used own rtlsdr.dll wrapper and ported all the other code from rtl_adsb.c to delphi style,
so all the decoder routine copyrights are owned by it's authors.

This project is a demo software (but doing things) for educational purposes.

Place 2 files from osmocom's librtlsdr windows build

rtlsdr.dll
libusb-1.0.dll

into the same folder and then run rtl_****read_adsb.exe
