rsr libraries

We have hosted the application rsr libraries in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about rsr libraries:

C# .Net library which contains handy classes with examples of using.
For example it contain:
- Alternative to .Net "Lock()" called QueuedLock, which can preserve order, in which was the lock accessed.
- Thread safe version of Random class from .Net (the original in .Net is not threadsafe).
- Helper class for synchronization with main thread in Windows Forms environment. For example if you want to add items to ListBox from different thread.
- Classes for removing diacritics from general text or from filenames
