rproxy and librsync

We have hosted the application rproxy and librsync in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about rproxy and librsync:

rproxy integrates rsync and HTTP, and provides a way to significantly
reduce network bandwidth usage. The rsync algorithm allows for client
or proxy caching of all content, not just static content.

Audience: End Users/Desktop, System Administrators.
User interface: Non-interactive (Daemon).
