We have hosted the application rootrak in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about rootrak:

RooTrak is an open-source tool, developed to aid in the separation process of plant roots from the surrounding soil, in X-ray micro computed tomography (�CT) images. The tool facilitates the extraction and visualisation of plant root systems and allows the quantification of certain root system traits.
