We have hosted the application rinex3manipulator in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about rinex3manipulator:

rinex3manipulator is a software to manipulate RINEX 3 files, available functions are:
- cut
- under sample
- filter constellation observations

This small program is born to handle in a fast way RINEX 3 files to be used subsequently by the goGPS software: https: //sourceforge.net/projects/gogps/.
