We have hosted the application riboshape in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about riboshape:

Riboshape is a suite of algorithms to predict ribosome footprint profile shapes from transcript sequences. It applies kernel smoothing to codon sequences to build predictive features, and uses these features to builds a sparse regression model to predict the ribosome footprint profile shapes.
