We have hosted the application resxer in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about resxer:

Open and edit ResX resource files for translation purpose.
You can edit string resources as well as embedded or linked images.
Supports multiple languages (English and German included).
You can open multiple files at once and synchronize the files (add missing items).
