quadprog to run in windows online over linux online

We have hosted the application quadprog to run in windows online over linux online in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

A C++ library for Quadratic Programming which implements the Goldfarb-Idnani active-set dual method. At present it is limited to the solution of strictly convex quadratic programs.
