pylab a place to release python tools online with Winfy

We have hosted the application pylab a place to release python tools in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

This will be a place to release tools that have not yet been added to SciPy (or will not be added for whatever reason). Currently an interface to ImageMagick is here.
