py translate

We have hosted the application py translate in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

• Can use automatic language detection or specify the source language
• Can specify the dentination language (defaults to English)
• Can read from stdin or a file
• Only the translation itself is output to stdout (information and errors on stderr) so can act as a filter
