preferences app

We have hosted the application preferences app in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about preferences app:

Preferences is, functionally, a clone of the NeXTstep/OPENSTEP tool of the same name, but for GNUstep. Just like the original, it's extensible and simple, and has a similar interface.

Audience: End Users/Desktop, System Administrators.
User interface: X Window System (X11).
Programming Language: Objective C.
