preference handling and voting rules

We have hosted the application preference handling and voting rules in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about preference handling and voting rules:

A package for preference handling and aggregation rules. A number of voting rules discussed in social choice literature have been implemented in order to study various properties of these rules in simulations with randomly generated preferences.
