We have hosted the application ppicompare to run in windows online over linux online in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

PPICompare detects statistically significant rewiring events in protein-protein interaction networks - even if they are caused by alternative splicing - and reports plenty of information to that. The input data needs to be constructed with PPIXpress (see https: //sourceforge.net/projects/ppixpress/).
